Privacy Policy

The short version

• You can use the lyric and name tools without an account.
• We do not save the text you type into the lyric and name tools, except up to 200 characters of text that our safety checks refuse. It is sent to an AI provider to make your result, and the result is shown in your browser.
• For a photo rap video you need an account. We keep a record of each video (stage, topic, lyrics and links) so it can show up in your list. Your photo goes to our video provider and is removed from their temporary storage within about a day.
• We keep a private copy of each finished photo rap video for 180 days, then delete it. Only you can open it from your account. We keep it that long because a card payment can be disputed for months, and the delivered video shows that you received what you paid for.
• We do not sell your data.

What we process and why

Text you type into a lyric or name tool (a topic, lyrics, a name). We send it to an AI provider to generate your result. We do not write it to a database. Our server logs record errors, such as "the provider timed out", without the text you typed.

Your IP address. We use it to limit how often a tool can be used, so nobody can run up the cost of the free tools. It is held in memory for a short window and is not stored.

AI backgrounds. When you ask for an AI background, your style choice goes to the provider that makes the video. The finished file stays on that provider's storage behind a temporary link.

Photo rap videos. When you make one, we upload your photo to our video provider's temporary storage and send your topic to the text provider; the lyrics and the photo then go to the video provider. We store a record of the video with your account: the stage you picked, your topic, the lyrics and the status. The photo and the provider's copies of the video expire on the providers' storage after about a day. We copy the finished video to our own private storage on Cloudflare R2 and delete it 180 days later; it can only be opened from your account. If you ask us to delete your account, the video leaves your list straight away, but we may keep the file until those 180 days are up to answer a payment dispute. The record stays in your list until you ask us to delete it.

Credits. Signed-in features use site credits. We keep your credit balance and history with your account.

Accounts. If you sign in, we keep your name, email address and profile picture from the sign-in provider so we can show your account. You can ask us to delete it.

Safety records. We keep a log of content check results. It includes your account ID when you are signed in, and up to 200 characters of any text that a check refuses.

Cookies. We use cookies that the site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in. If we add analytics, we will list them here first.

Who we share data with

Only the services that run the site and make your results:

• Text generation: Google Gemini models, reached through an API provider.
• AI video backgrounds: Volcengine Ark (ByteDance Seedance models).
• Photo rap videos: Kie, running ByteDance Seedance models.
• Safety checks: Waffo Prompt Sift receives what you type. Google Gemini models receive your photos and finished videos to check them against our Content Rules.
• Hosting: the platform that serves this website.

Each of them receives only what it needs for its part of the job.

Your choices

• Do not type personal details into a tool. A topic or a nickname is enough.
• If you have an account, you can ask us to delete it and everything tied to it.
• If you have a question about your data, use the contact details on the Contact page.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
