1. Who we are and accepting these terms

AI2RapVideo is run by Oliver Chan, an individual trading as Oliver Studio ("we" or "us"). These terms cover your use of ai2rapvideo.com and its tools.

By using the site, creating an account or buying credits, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms, the Content Rules and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What the service does

AI2RapVideo writes rap lyrics and names, and turns a photo into a short AI-generated rap video. Results come from third-party AI models, listed on the About page. We may change, limit or pause a tool at any time, for example when a provider is down. Some tools have daily limits because each result costs money to make.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Credits and pricing

Rap videos are paid for with credits. Credit packs and current prices are on the Pricing page. The cost of each video is shown before you generate it. Each credit purchase is a one-time payment and nothing renews automatically.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

5. Credit validity

Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. They end when your account is closed, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Refund policy

Credits you have used are not refundable, except as described below.

• Unused credits: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that purchase.
• Duplicate or wrong charges: we refund any billing error in full.
• Failed videos: if a video fails or does not pass our content checks after you start it, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
• Your legal rights: consumers in the EU, UK and Australia keep any statutory rights, including where applicable a 14-day right of withdrawal for first purchases. That right can end once you start using the credits, where the law allows.

To ask for a refund, email support@ai2rapvideo.com with your account email and order number. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and the matching credits are removed from your balance.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can fix the problem quickly.

7. What you own

• Lyrics and names the tools write for you are yours to use, including in your own songs and videos.
• AI rap videos, including their beat and vocals, are generated by a third-party video model. Check these terms again before using them commercially; we will add any provider limits here.
• What you type and upload stays yours. You give us permission to send it to our AI and safety providers so they can check it and make your result.

Because results are made by AI, two people can sometimes get similar output. We do not promise that a result is unique or free of third-party rights.

8. What you must not do

• Break the Content Rules.
• Upload a photo of anyone else without their consent.
• Use automated scripts to call the tools or get around limits.
• Try to get around our content checks or access systems that are not meant for you.

9. Breaking these terms

If you break these terms or the Content Rules, we may do any of the following, depending on how serious it is:

• warn you;
• refuse or delete the content;
• remove credits from your balance;
• suspend or permanently close your account;
• report illegal content to the authorities.

If we close your account for a serious or repeated violation, unused credits are forfeited and not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise. If you think we made a mistake, email support@ai2rapvideo.com within 30 days and a person will review it.

You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by email.

10. No guarantees

The tools are provided as they are. AI can make mistakes, and a result may be wrong, off-topic or not to your taste. We are not responsible for how you use a result or for what happens after you share it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, or from not being able to use it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
